The amount of love and support MJ is getting really shows how important he is for the game and for the fans. For many, he was what got them into basketball in the first place. His amazing talent, fierce competitiveness, and natural swagger captivated the 90s in a way the world had never seen before, and his greatness inspired many to go out and make the best of their own situations.
And although he’s pushing 60 now, folks clearly still hold him in high regard. Today, he’s being reminded of that.
