Enes Kanter On Who The Brooklyn Nets Will Sign With Their Last Remaining Roster Spot: “Thanos? Or Maybe Jesus…”

With the Brooklyn Nets having assembled one of the best teams of the modern era, fans from all over the NBA community are expressing grief towards the “superteam” dilemma and the current state of the league overall.

To make matters even worse, they still have one open roster spot remaining, meaning the Nets still have room to bring in another ring-chasing veteran. On Twitter, Portland big man Enes Kanter made a rather funny post making fun of the whole situation, suggesting “Thanos” of “Jesus” might be the next to join their roster.

In all seriousness, we haven’t seen a roster this stacked in a very long time. With Kyrie Irving, James Harden, Kevin Durant, DeAndre Jordan, Blake Griffin, and LaMarcus Aldridge, they have a total of 41 All-Star appearances on the team.

Even considering the fact that both Griffin and Aldridge are out of their prime, the Nets have certainly tipped the NBA’s balance of power, carving a relatively easy path to victory for themselves.

In response? We’ll likely see more stars team up in an attempt to create their own super squads.

For now, though, all we can do is watch and wait. First, to see where Andre Drummond lands, then to see if the Nets (as powerful as they seem) can close the deal as easily as it seems.
