If you're been following the NBA for a while, you'll know the Phoenix Suns haven't always been a good team.

In fact, for most of modern league history, the Suns have been an underwhelming mess of mismanagement and poor decision-making.

In fact, just last year, Draymond Green got fined $50,000 for telling the world, on national tv, that Book had to get out.

"It's not good for him. It's not good for his career," Green said. "... They gotta get Book out of Phoenix. I need my man to go somewhere where he can play great basketball all the time and win, because he's that type of player."

Considering the Suns were nowhere near the status of contenders back then, it's easy to see how one might take that stance.

But, funnily enough, Phoenix has gone out and made Draymond eat those words. Less than a full year after announcing that take on tv, the Suns have transformed into a pretty solid unit, and have just come off a Game 1 victory against the defending Champs in round one of the Western playoffs.

Between Booker, Deandre Ayton, and Chris Paul, the Suns are going to be good for some time, and Booker has to be feeling good that he's still there to enjoy it.
