Victor Oladipo Buys $7.75 Million Mansion In Miami Beach

Heat guard Victor Oladipo is building a long-term future in Miami.

Recently, the 2x All-Star purchased a $7.5 million home in Miami beach, rather cementing the idea he's going to be staying with the franchise for years to come.

The 6,900-square-foot home on Hibiscus Drive was developed by Hassan Jalali of H2 Construction, through JC65 LLC. It was built on the 14,375-square-foot lot as a spec home in 2019.

The home has seven bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a pool, and a pool house.

Obviously, this is a great sign for the Heat, as Oladipo is a solid two-way player with plenty of upside. This season, he's averaging 19.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game on 40.8% shooting.

And while Miami has had a pretty rough campaign overall (hindered by countless injuries), they will remain a threat in the East for years to come.

With Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo, and Oladipo, the team has a core that can compete with the best of them, and it will be interesting to see what they can do when fully healthy.

As for what we can expect this season, that much remains to be seen. But the fact that they're solidly in the playoff picture after everything that has transpired really shows their determination and resolve.
