NBA Insider Says Luka Doncic Wasn't Happy About Kristaps Porzingis Going To An L.A Strip Club During The Playoffs

The Dallas Mavericks are a franchise in the middle of changes. Luka Doncic has emerged as a bonafide superstar during the first round against the Los Angeles Clippers, but the Mavericks were eliminated in the first round two seasons in a row. 

There have been prior reports about Kristaps Porzingis and Luka Doncic not liking one another. While sometimes you can achieve success on the court without liking one another personally, a lot of times that is not the case. Mike Fisher has recently reported on Luka Doncic's response to a particular incident that featured Kristaps Porzingis breaking health and safety protocols to go to a Los Angeles strip club.

If this report is true, then one can understand why Luka Doncic wouldn't be happy with his co-star. There is no reason to break protocol while one is in the middle of a playoff run, especially for the reason that Porzingis did. If Porzingis were put into safety protocols, that could have jeopardized the Mavericks' playoff run. Hopefully, there is no rift between the two stars. The Mavericks could potentially run it back next season, though it is possible there may be changes on the roster prior to next season.
