The Los Angeles Lakers are entering a very moved offseason, where they'll try to add the right pieces to bounce back next season and get their revenge. The 2020 NBA champions failed to defend their championship this past season, and it's time for the front office to make some significant moves. 

Ever since the season ended for the purple and gold, they've been linked with several stars around the league, including Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan. More recently, they've had a talented shooter on their radar. 

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Lakers have discussed a potential trade for Buddy Hield. The insider adds that the team could include a package centered around Kyle Kuzma. 

The Lakers and Sacramento Kings have discussed a deal centered on guard Buddy Hield, sources tell The Athletic. Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma would be involved in a potential package, per sources. The Lakers have received interest from several teams regarding Kuzma, sources said.

Kuzma has been linked with a move away from Los Angeles for quite some time now. It seems like his time with the team is coming to an end, but he won't miss suitors in the trade market. 

Several squads consider him a valuable piece, but it remains to be seen where he'll land if he finishes his tenure with the Lakers this offseason.
