The Miami Heat keep making moves this offseason and now has secured the services of talented shooting guard Victor Oladipo.

The player joined the Heat last season after getting traded by the Houston Rockets. He played only a couple of months with the team before undergoing season-ending surgery to repair his right quadriceps tendon.

Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that the player is signing a deal to return with the Heat to finish business.

Charania adds that Victor aims to get a bigger contract next season once he's fully recovered from all the injuries.

Oladipo will eye 2022 free agency to return to the market and sign a big contract once he's fully healthy. Miami will retain Oladipo's Bird Rights, allowing them to find the means to sign him again next offseason.

This is a great signing for the Heat, who already landed Kyle Lowry in free agency. Pat Riley has done a great job this offseason to assemble a competitive team. Dipo can be very helpful for the squad if he returns healthy.
