It's not a secret that Kevin Durant is one of the most controversial athletes in the world.

No one can say a single bad thing about Durant as a basketball player, but when it comes to dealing with criticism or fans, there's a whole different story.

Durant isn't the one to mince his words when he has to fire back at his haters, up to the point where he became infamous around the NBA community for using burner accounts to go at his critics.

And since being caught doing that, he just decided to give everybody in the world a piece of his mind and took his trolling up a notch, as he just doesn't care anymore.

That's why he came clean to Draymond Green during the fallout interview about their days as teammates, saying that he doesn't think he's doing anything wrong by that:

"At the end of the day, I'm only talking about basketball. I'm not dabbling into politics, I'm not telling how you should live. I'm not flexing my money or my power or none of that sh*t on you. I'm just literally talking about the game," Durant said.

To be fair, Durant has a pretty valid point right there. It's not like he's not a human being just because he's loaded with money and is one of the greatest NBA players of all time.

Obviously, some will say that public figures should behave one way or another to live up to certain standards, but who's to say that?

At the end of the day, Durant is just another person talking on social media. A lot of people are comfortable trolling, calling people out, and insulting behind a screen or using burner accounts, so why shouldn't he do it as well? If you don't like it, just block him or ignore him.
