It's not a secret that Zion Williamson is a freak of nature. The New Orleans Pelicans young star entered the league with a lot of hype around him. So far, injuries have messed with him, but Williamson is still one of the future faces of the league.

His fitness has always been a topic of discussion around the league ever since he was drafted in 2019. He's tried to turn things around without success, earning some criticism in recent times. Zion is expected to lead the Pelicans to the playoff alongside Brandon Ingram. Still, this job won't be easy for this duo.

The Pels need their stars in the best possible shape, and that's Zion's biggest task for this summer. One Redditor that goes by the name "NextMention20" compared Williamson's body to Ingram's, showing his surprise when realizing that Zion and Brandon are almost the same height. Yet, the former is 100 pounds heavier than his teammate.

Zion is listed 285-290 pounds at 6'7".

Ingram is listed 190 pounds at 6'8".

And judging by this picture, I would say they are fairly equal in height.

I think it is interesting that the Pelicans have the ultimate contrast for their young stars. 1 ultra-thin long boy and 1 ultra-thick boi. It really is hard to fathom how insane of an athlete Zion is.

This is really curious, but it's nothing we haven't seen before. Human beings have different types of bodies, and this is a pretty good example of that. Fans often go crazy when they find out that Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kevin Durant basically weigh the same and have completely different bodies. Biology is really interesting, huh?

Zion will enter his third season in the NBA, and he'll need to prove he can lead this squad to the postseason. There are issues with him, his teammates, and the front office, but it's time to step up, put aside any beef, and show that he can be the face of this franchise.
