Zion Williamson's tenure with the New Orleans Pelicans has been a curious one. What started as the beginning of a fruitful relationship became a complex situation during the player's rookie season.

According to reports, Williamson and Pelicans GM David Griffin aren't on good terms right now. Recently, rumors suggested that the former Cleveland Cavaliers executive tried everything to fix his relationship with Zion, even reaching new levels in his attempts to make amends.

It's rumored that Griffin played piano for Zion in his room during last year's Orlando bubble. This sparked many rumors about their relationship and whether or not it worked, but Zion denied all those rumors, taking a little jab at Griffin.

"Come on now. Guys, I'm not letting a grown man come to my hotel room and play piano for me," Zion told reporters during Pelicans media day.

The former Duke player also talked about his love for New Orleans, clarifying that he wants to stay there.

"I love it here. I love the city of New Orleans. I don't want to be anywhere else."

Plenty of people around the league believe this won't last long. The Pelicans are considered experts in letting high-profile names go, and some think Zion will join that list sooner than later.

As for now, he remains committed to the Pelicans, trying to make it to the playoff for the first time in his career this season. And no, he didn't allow Griffin or anybody else to play piano for him.
