Robert Sarver's 17-year tenure as the Phoenix Suns owner has been full of questionable behaviors by him and his subordinates. While the team went from being one of the best teams in the Western Conference, to one of the worst, to one of the best again, the developments behind the scene were disturbing.

70 former and current employees have spoken up about Sarver's personality and practices during his almost two-decade run in front of the Suns. Things don't look promising for the 60-year-old and the more we learn about this situation, the worse it gets.

After Baxter Holmes of ESPN released a lengthy story on Sarver's years in front of the Suns and the practices within the organization, everybody has had something to say. Devin Booker sided with former coach Earl Watson on this situation, backing his claims on his time in Phoenix.

One of the most concerning parts of the article reads that Sarver wanted local strippers to get impregnated by NBA stars so the team could have an advantage when big names hit free agency.

“As the Suns tried to sign LaMarcus Aldridge in 2015, they knew that he would like to play near his children in Texas. Sarver said then that they needed to get Phoenix-area strippers pregnant with NBA-player children so the team could have an edge in recruiting. “A lot of the stuff he says is to get a big reaction,” a former employee said. “And who’s going to tell him that he can’t? He speaks in threats. He likes that awkwardness. He likes people to know that he’s in charge. He wants control. He wants control of every situation and every person.”

"I learned that part of his decision to go to San Antonio was because he had family connections there," said Sarver through his legal team to ESPN.

After these serious allegations saw the light, the league announced they would investigate the Suns and his owner to make the best decision for the league and Suns' employees' sake.

This is terrible to know, especially knowing this person has a big team behind him and a lot of power. While the Suns are one of the best teams in the West, display a great game and play in the Finals, many executives were and are allegedly ruining people's lives simply because they don't know how to behave.

Hopefully, this situation will be cleared and Adam Silver and his team will make the best decision for the Suns and the rest of the league.
