The Golden State Warriors have moved to a 7-1 record after beating the New Orleans Pelicans in a huge blowout. There's no doubt that they are on a roll, and they have shown no signs of stopping thus far.

There is no question that the last two years have been tough for the Golden State Warriors, but it seems as if the team has finally turned a corner. A lot of Warriors fans were ready to celebrate the win, and they seem ready to win the NBA championship once again. It is clear that things are looking upwards for Dub Nation.

This is a great start to the season from the Golden State Warriors and they've looked good, even without Klay Thompson. A 40 point blowout is a good feeling for any team, even if it is against the worst team in the Western Conference.

Last season, we've seen times where the team struggled offensively without Stephen Curry. However, they have a lot more 3PT shooters this season, as well as better supplementary scoring from Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins. When Klay Thompson comes back, this will be a scary squad to face for anyone on either end.

Things could still go south for the Warriors, and there is still a lot of the season left to play. However, they are playing some very good basketball, and Stephen Curry hasn't even played at his usual levels quite yet. This is cause for optimism. While a lot of people had the Los Angeles Lakers, the Brooklyn Nets, and the Milwaukee Bucks as the best 3 teams in the league, the Warriors look every bit like a team that could be on that level once Klay Thompson returns. Hopefully, we see their run continue, and it's about time Stephen Curry makes it back to the playoffs.
