Draymond Green Roasts The Thunder For Losing By 73 To The Grizzlies: "73 Points?! That's A Fine."

A lot of records broken by players are generally positive: you see teams break records for winning streaks, you see players break records for points scored for their franchise, and things of that nature. However, there are certainly some distinctions that a franchise/player shouldn't want to be a part of.

The Memphis Grizzlies have recently defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder by 73 points, setting a record for the largest margin of victory in a game. While this is certainly great for the Memphis Grizzlies, the Oklahoma City Thunder have been relentlessly roasted by fans for their defeat. While it is quite obvious that the Thunder's goal is to develop young players and that they're not chasing wins, losses like this are never acceptable.

Aside from fans, some players joined in on the roasting of the Thunder. One of those players was Draymond Green, who is often known for being outspoken on social media. Green expressed surprise at the fact that the Thunder lost by that much, and joked about it, saying "that's a fine" to OKC for losing by that much.

The Oklahoma City Thunder will likely have more bad losses in the future due to their status as a rebuilding team, and hopefully, they don't set another record for losing by a large margin. They do have some talented young players who were out for this matchup, such as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey. 

Draymond Green's Warriors are at no risk of losing by this much, as they are one of the best teams in the league. They have had a long run of success in the past, and are now back on top of the mountain, and are 18-3. Perhaps in the future, we see the Oklahoma City Thunder emulate the Warriors and develop players to become competitive, but success is far from guaranteed.
