Every now and then, Kyrie Irving makes an appearance on social media, sharing a message or a picture with a message. His Instagram posts have become very popular lately, as it is the player's way to express his feelings and share his knowledge with the rest of the world.

The last thing we heard about him was that Steve Nash is constantly in touch with him, but they don't talk about basketball at all. Kyrie keeps showing up on social media, sharing another cryptic message on Instagram today.

Kyrie posted a picture of a black man unlocking the chains around his head. Irving is always talking about freedom, about helping others and this post seems to be aimed at that goal. Curiously, Kevin Durant liked the post, while several fans started asking Kyrie to come back.

He hasn't played a single game this season due to his refusal to take the COVID-19 vaccine. Given the Nets' early struggles, some folks started calling for Kyrie's comeback. It's unclear if this post had something to do with his basketball career, but it had a big impact on fans.

Irving posted two more pics before that, one with somebody reading a book trying to discover who they are and other with a more complex meaning.

Ever since he left the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2017, Kyrie has been one of the most polarizing players in the league. While some support him 100%, others wait for the minimum thing to criticize him.

He has made his choice about the COVID-19 vaccine and it doesn't look like his changing his mind soon. The Nets are playing without him, which has become an issue for James Harden. He's trying to figure things out, yet the team ranks 1st in the Eastern Conference.

Still, nobody doubts that having Kyrie on the court would make the Nets a lot more dangerous than they are right now. Time will tell if he returns or sits out until something changes in New York.
