Ltd. went an industrial and commercial change, adding Shenzhen Hubble Technology investment partnership as a limited partnership shareholder. For your information, Hubble is an investment division of Huawei and the newly acquired company’s registered capital was RMB 300 million to RMB 500 million with an increase of 66.67 percent for this IoT operating system focused company.
According to the listed information, the company was established in August 2021 and its legal representative is Chen Yuhong. On the other hand, the field of business includes:

However, the listing suggests that this firm focuses on the development of IoT operating system that brings our focus on Huawei investment interest to this new software.
Huawei HarmonyOS:
In 2019, Huawei launched the HarmonyOS operating system that is built on the concept of the internet of everything. The Chinese tech maker has brought in this OS to create and provide an interconnected cross-device connection on various platforms.
