Khris Middleton On Giannis Antetokounmpo's Dominance In EuroBasket: "He's Still Giannis."

Giannis Antetokounmpo couldn't lead Team Greece to the gold in the most recent edition of the EuroBasket tournament, losing to the host team Germany in the quarter-finals, joining Serbia as the two of the biggest favorites that couldn't even make it to the Final Four. 

Antetokounmpo put up a show for his national team, but he didn't have the right help to overcome Dennis Schroder, Franz Wagner and co., ultimately falling to the German team that won the bronze medal a couple of days later. 

After many attempts in the FIBA World Cup and EuroBasket without having much success, Giannis showed that he can dominate the international stage too, terrifying big squads during this incredible tournament.

Khris Middleton Praises Giannis Antetokounmpo's Dominance In EuroBasket

Giannis caught a lot of attention with his performances, especially from his teammates, and his partner in crime was one watching the Greek Freak do his team in Europe while leading his team to big victories. During the Milwaukee Bucks' media day, Khris Middleton was asked about Giannis' performances, and the shooting guard had nothing but good things to say about Antetokounmpo. 

"Just how tough it is for him with that style of play, knowing how we [in the NBA] play, I've played with FIBA rules, and seeing the way he has to attack is a little different than he has to over here, but that being said, he's still dominant. He's still able to get 20, 30+ points with 10 assists, that just shows what type of player he is. How he's able to adapt, how he's able to stay in control during games, no matter what the rules are."

Giannis shows that this time, he wasn't playing around. After becoming the best player in the world, he confirmed that with huge performances in Europe. Unfortunately, he couldn't win the gold with his national team, but the Greek Freak warned the world about what is coming for next year's FIBA World Cup.
