After three years of trying to win a championship without any success, the Los Angeles Clippers are ready to make a statement and prove doubters wrong. Paul George Says He's Locked In To Win A Title This Season

During a recent interview with ESPN's Ohm Youngmisuk, George opened up on his expectations for this season and what he's planning to do to help the Clippers win and lift the Larry O'Brien trophy. 

"I'm more focused than I've ever been. You talk about locked in, I am locked into this year. I’m prepared and understand what the assignment is this year."

George was asked about this assignment, and he explained that he's doing everything in his power to be an NBA champion. 

“Winning it all. Being the last team standing and becoming a champion. That window is shrinking and not a lot of teams can say before a season starts that they have a chance to win it. And I don’t want to miss out on that chance.”

The Clippers have a big task at hand. They can shock the world with a win next year, but the journey to that championship won't be easy. They have a great coach, a deep roster, and three stars that can take over a game at any time. Everything is given for the Clippers to win, but as the Nets and Lakers taught us last season, this is a game of men, not names.
