Shaquille O'Neal is nowhere to be found by attorneys trying to serve him after one person sued him and other celebrities in the FTX scandal.

The crypto exchange company was supported by many celebrities, but O'Neal appears to be the only one hiding from attorneys, who are yet to serve him.

“We have spent great efforts (4 different service companies) trying to get you all served with our Complaint,” Garrison’s lawyers David Boies and Adam Moskowitz wrote in an email. “Only one, however, has chosen to evade service, in order to draw out these proceedings, or to otherwise attempt to avoid answering for these allegations.”

This person is Shaquille O'Neal, according to lawyers (via Forbes). The 4x NBA champion is included in this lawsuit with other high-profile names, but contrary to Giselle Bündchen, Tom Brady, Larry David and Stephen Curry, O'Neal is allegedly hiding from attorneys.

Shaquille O'Neal And Stephen Curry Among NBA Figures Being Sued For Endorsing FTX

This all started back in November, when FTX retail investor Edwin Garrison sued the company founder, as well as some endorsers, claiming that he invested in FTX after all the exposition he had to the celebrity backing this company. Stephen Curry, who also starred in a commercial with Shaq endorsing this company, was served too.

As for Shaq, whenever lawyers appeared at his house with court papers, the player just hid inside.

The FTX scandal has been making the rounds for a hot minute now, as they climbed to the top of the world and now are no longer in business after the founder filed for bankruptcy. This situation left a lot of people mad and wondering what would happen to their investments. Others, like Garrison, took action and are suing a series of people trying to get some sort of justice.

Shaq is an officer of the law, and it's ironic that he's hiding from lawyers in this case. We hope this situation gets solved soon, but it's clear this won't be the last thing we hear about it.
