Kyrie Irving Wore Anta Shoes At His Basketball Camp

Kyrie Irving was one of the most popular athletes at Nike, selling millions of shoes whenever he released a new pair of sneakers. All of that changed when he shared an anti-Semite movie on social media, prompting Nike to cut ties with him.

Irving has been followed by a series of brands to sign a new deal, but the player is taking his time to make his decision. However, he was seen wearing Anta shoes at his basketball camp, which could mean the decision has been made already.

Anta has made business with NBA players for a while now. Among the best players signed by the company, we can find Klay Thompson, Alex Caruso, Terance Mann, and more.

Adding Kyrie to the roster would be huge for them since he draws a lot of attention, and people buy his shoes whenever they're out. Irving was one of the top sellers at Nike, which is why he's a big free agent in the sneaker market.

Irving Announced He Would Make A Decision On His Shoe Deal Soon

We will have to wait for his decision, though, as the player is yet to make a final call on this. A couple of weeks ago, he announced the decision will be made soon, and he'll announce it on Instagram Live. The date is undisclosed.

Kyrie is one of the most polarizing players around the league, and whenever he does something, people pay attention. He's now a free agent studying his options to continue his NBA career.

Earlier this week, a report suggested he reached out to LeBron James to play together with the Dallas Mavericks. This is highly unlikely right now, and Kyrie appears to be leaning towards staying in Dallas, as the Lakers have no interest in signing him. He won't miss suitors for his services this summer, just like he didn't in the sneaker market.

Irving averaged 27.1 points, 5.5 assists, and 5.1 rebounds in 60 games between the Brooklyn Nets and Dallas Mavericks. For his career, he's averaged 23.4 points, 5.7 assists, and 3.9 rebounds, becoming one of the best point guards in the league during his 12-season career.
