"You got an apartment and you ain't got no money right now. All you gotta do is break the TV here and there, throw some shoes. All the sh*t you own, bring it here. Break some TVs, some lamps, and sh*t. F**kin $400 and all that.

"Then file a police report, right? And then name all the sh*t that was named. I said, it's all NBA players, just get our receipts. 

Boom, boom, boom, just get all the receipts. He filed that, check! Check! $100,000, you're welcome. My ballboy came back with some real Gucci."

This whole story seems wild, but it's also exactly the sort of idea that Gilbert Arenas would come up with. And from the story he told, it seemingly worked too, so the ballboy has Arenas to thank for all that money.

Gilbert Arenas Had To Be Bailed Out Of Jail Himself

Gilbert Arenas received a massive suspension during his career for bringing a gun onto NBA premises. And that wasn't his only brush with committing crimes, he did plenty of other things too.

"They took his a** to jail one night, and then I had to go talk to the police like, 'Man, I'm gonna get it, I promise you. I'm gonna get him some tags tomorrow.'"
