Jimmy Butler Hilariously Claims To Be A Yogi: "Don't Hate Me, Hate That I'm Good At Everything"

  • Jimmy Butler shared an Instagram story about doing yoga in the morning
  • Following videos of him trying to do yoga, Jimmy Butler claimed he is now a 'yogi'
  • Jimmy Butler hilariously said he got certified as a 'Yoga Person Of The Day'

Jimmy Butler is dealing with another NBA Finals loss with the Miami Heat in 2023. As the new season approaches though, reinforcements could be on the way in the shape of Damian Lillard.

It is far from a done deal, though, and Jimmy Butler seems to be handling the stress of it all by doing some yoga. Or at least trying to. His latest Instagram story shows he feels quite good about it, though.

After posting a video of himself doing yoga, Butler said, "Just finished my yoga session, I'm now officially a yogi. I got my certificate for 'Yoga Person Of The Day.'

"Got a trophy for it too, so. I'll let y'all see my trophy and certificate later. Don't hate me, hate that I'm good at everything."

Jimmy Butler has always been supremely confident in his ability to do everything, but the video of him struggling to do yoga makes this extra hilarious. The Miami Heat man is uniquely funny and never fails to make fans laugh.

Jimmy Butler Recently Won A Point Against Tennis World No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz

Jimmy Butler is elite at basketball, that goes without saying. One doesn't become a 6-time All-Star, Eastern Conference Finals MVP, and a 5-time All-Defensive Team selection without being the best of the best.

But he has massive interests outside the NBA as well. Jimmy Butler is a huge soccer fan, often attending big games in Europe. He has a wholesome friendship with Neymar Jr. as well, often getting into shenanigans with the soccer legend.

And he recently showed that he's a dab hand at tennis, too. Playing against World No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz, Jimmy Butler won a point on the court, an incredible achievement. The man has every right to claim that he is good at everything.

Jimmy Butler may not be very good at yoga, but he's a man of many talents for sure. His knack for business has been apparent for a long time now, and his $80 million net worth before retiring is a testament to his skills off the court.

Jimmy Butler Remains Focused On Winning A Championship With The Miami Heat

Jimmy Butler spends his offseason away from the NBA. And it's a good thing, too, considering the immense pressure he is under during the season. But his priorities and goals have never wavered, even for a minute.

Jimmy Butler has led the Miami Heat to the NBA Finals twice in the last four seasons, and with Damian Lillard seemingly on his way, will be targeting a return in 2023-24.

Jimmy Butler's goal remains to win a championship with the Miami Heat, and he is confident that he can make it happen.

“I believe that with all my heart, that we, I, will win a Championship for the Heat because I don't plan on playing for another NBA team. The next time I'm talking to y'all here, I'll be a one-time NBA champion.”

Jimmy Butler averaged 22.9 points, 5.9 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 1.8 steals per game for the Miami Heat last season. If he can repeat that production and step up in the playoffs like he always does, there's no reason he can't fulfill his promise immediately. He doesn't have a career in yoga, that's for sure.
