Video: Andre Drummond Was Ready For The Smoke With Dorian Finney-Smith During Mavs-Lakers Game

The Los Angeles Lakers faced the Dallas Mavericks for the second consecutive game on Saturday night and even though they fought hard, the Mavs left the American Airlines Center with the win. At some points, things got a little heated between Andre Drummond and Dorian Finney-Smith, with the former even threatening to punch the Mavericks player.

While going up for a rebound in case Dwight Powell missed his shot (which he didn’t), Finney-Smith landed on Drummond’s back. The former Detroit Pistons, Cleveland Cavaliers player moved the Dorian aside and he pulled Drummond’s jersey, which led the player to square up and see if he was ready to throw down.

Nothing bigger than this happened but both players still earned a double technical for their antics. The situation escalated really quickly and Drummond was ready to throw it all at the 27-year-old forward.

Fans had a lot to say about this situation. Memes didn’t take too long while others dared to predict who would win a fight between these two.

Fortunately, things didn’t get worse and they only received two techs for this little altercation. The Mavericks beat the Lakers, 108-93, in the second game back of Anthony Davis. The Brow finished with 17 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Drummond posted 6 points, 12 rebounds and 1 assist while Finney-Smith logged 21 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists for the Texans.
