LeBron James Responds To Kobe Bryant’s Hall Of Fame Induction: "He Set The Tone For This Organization For 20 Years."

Kobe Bean Bryant is one of the greatest Lakers to ever play the game. And, tonight, the basketball community celebrated his amazing career by inducting him into the NBA Hall-Of-Fame.

Although Kobe couldn't be there himself to accept the honor, his family, friends, and fans were all standing in his place, a testament to all the people Bryant has touched.

In response to the festivities, another basketball legend, LeBron James, the significance of the night and why Kobe is so deserving.

“It’s a celebration of greats,” James said in his on-court interview with Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet. “One of ’em happened to be a brother of ours with the Laker organization. Someone who set the tone for this organization for 20 years, in Kobe. It’s an unbelievable time for himself, looking down on all the accomplishments he had, for his wife and his daughters, and for his daughter that’s up there (who’s) going to be watching alongside Kobe when they watch the enshrinement.”

Kobe's tragic death hit many people hard. The fact that a guy so beloved, and seemingly so invincible, would go down so suddenly was just a hard pill to swallow.

But, Bryant will continue to live through his family and the many people who continue to carry him in their hearts -- including LeBron James.
