Chris Paul is one game away from playing in his first NBA Finals. After beating the Los Angeles Clippers in a tumultuous Game 4, the Phoenix Suns are on the verge of making the Finals.

In his second game back after entering the league's health and safety protocol, Paul posted better numbers (18 points, 4 rebounds, and 7 assists) to lead the Suns to a huge win on Saturday night.

The series is now 3-1 in favor of the Suns, but that doesn't mean anything for CP3. After the game was over, the player refused to talk about the lead, pointing out he hasn't had the best experiences in that position.

"I don't wanna talk about 3-1," Paul said in his postgame on-court interview. "I don't have a good experience with that."

In case you don't remember, when he was with the Los Angeles Clippers, the point guard blew a 3-1 lead in the Western Conference semifinals. The Houston Rockets did their thing in 2015, giving the Clips a huge defeat when everything pointed out they were headed to the conference finals.

These Suns have a good coach in Monty Williams; CP3 has a talented group hungry to win that won't let him down now that they're very close to making the Finals. Of course, the Clippers will try to bounce back in the series, but the Suns are in a great position. One win will seal the deal for them.
