Damian Lillard was recently involved in a series of rumors after his relationship with the Portland Trail Blazers took a big hit. Reports suggest the point guard is unhappy with the franchise's inability to build a competitive team

Moreover, he received plenty of criticism after the team hired Chauncey Billups, and it's fair to say his relationship with fans isn't the best right now. Dame was even spotted liking a tweet dissing 'fake fans' for this criticism.

These recent events have fueled rumors about a potential exit of the player, and the league is paying attention to this situation. According to Robert Marvi of Ahn Fire Digital, several players have tried to recruit Dame this offseason.

After losing in the first round of the NBA playoffs twice in a row, Portland Trail Blazers superstar guard Damian Lillard has been rumored to be on the move.

In fact, several star players on other teams have been trying to persuade Lillard to join forces with them.

Sources tell Ahn Fire Digital that there are multiple All-Star players in the Western and Eastern Conference that have been recruiting Lillard to leave the Blazers. Lillard had been reluctant to listen to those pitches, but in recent days, those players have felt more confident that they can get Lillard to request out.

Dame has given his everything to this franchise, but things haven't gone in his favor. The player wants to win in Portland, but the front office hasn't done the best job finding the right pieces to compete for the title.

His loyalty is unmatched, but even the most loyal person gets tired if he doesn't see that effort. At the end of the day, this is a business, and if Lillard doesn't think he will win in Portland, he will probably request a trade.
