It's not every day that you get to win a playoff series on the road by taking down the reigning champions, let alone with LeBron James on the opposing roster.

The Phoenix Suns continue their dream season after beating the Los Angeles Lakers in just 6 games, proving again that they didn't win 51 games on a 72-game season just by accident.

Monty Williams has done an outstanding job in charge of the team, and so has the front office who put this squad together. Chris Paul has been a huge factor, and Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton continue to make strides.

Then again, the Suns won't have much time to celebrate. They now have to come back home and get ready to host Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets for the Western Conference Semifinals, a series that's likely to go the distance.

Chris Paul needs to get healthy and heal his injured shoulder. The Suns need their all-time great point guard at his best to have a chance to make a deep playoff push and make it back to the NBA Finals for the first time in decades.
