Bradley Beal has been linked with the Los Angeles Lakers in recent times, being one of the names on the radar of the 2020 NBA champions. The shooting guard's future with the Washington Wizards is up in the air after another disappointing season with the capital team. This situation has sparked rumors, and several teams are interested in Beal.

One of those is the Lakers, a team still looking to add a third scorer to help LeBron James and Anthony Davis. Beal joins DeMar DeRozan, Kyle Lowry, Damian Lillard, and more potential candidates to land in Los Angeles.

His name has earned more attention in recent hours, as he's reportedly thinking of requesting a trade before the 2021 NBA draft. ESPN analyst Sam Acho believes that the purple and gold are the right fit for the guard, as they can recover their dominance in the Western Conference with a player like Bradley (0:30).

"I don't think Bradley Beal wants to be a contender. I think Bradley Beal wants to win a championship. I think Bradley Beal needs to go to the Los Angeles Lakers. Obviously, you've got LeBron James, you've got AD. Kuzma has not been what anyone has hoped that he would be and so now if he gets a Bradley Beal on that team, you're winning championship after championship after championship. Yes, it's a superteam, but you're getting a championship and that's all that matters."

Beal joining the Lakers would be a huge move for them. They've been looking for that third-string for some time now, and this offseason presents excellent opportunities for them. They've been linked with several players recently, and Beal's name is getting stronger.

Still, they will have more options for this summer, but seeing Beal's last couple of seasons, he's one of the best for this Lakers squad. They are looking for revenge this upcoming season, and adding a third star to the roster might win them a ticket to the championship.
