Ben Simmons could make his return to the court this month if recent reports are to believe. The Australian player has starred in one of the biggest dramas in the league, refusing to return to the team, declining to meet teammates while requesting a trade.

A couple of weeks ago, he returned to the squad and starred in more controversies, getting kicked out of practice and refusing to take his individual workout. The player has stated he's not mentally ready to play yet, and the Sixers decided to give him some space before he can finally come back to the squad.

However, reports suggest this could happen in a few weeks if everything goes well. According to Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer, the Sixers could use Simmons in their six-game road trip in November.

There’s a sense around the league that the Sixers could try to play Simmons at some point during their six-game, road trip from Nov. 13 to Nov. 25, even though the team says there’s no timeable for his return.

That trip has stops at the Indiana Pacers (Nov. 13), the Utah Jazz (Nov. 16), the Denver Nuggets (Nov. 18), the Portland Trail Blazers (Nov. 20), the Sacramento Kings (Nov. 22), and Golden State Warriors (Nov. 24).

If true, this is great news for the Sixers. Still, we'll have to wait and see which Ben Simmons will play for them and if he can show substantial changes from last season. But let's not get ahead of ourselves; the Sixers are handling this very carefully and whenever he feels he's ready, Ben will return

So far, the Sixers are 4-2 after beating the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday. Curiously, this was the team that indirectly started this whole situation. Ben struggled to get things going against Trae Young and co. last season, which led to this dispute within the organization.

Be ready, Sixers fans. Ben Simmons could make his long-awaited return shortly, which can be one of the biggest stories of the 2021/22 season.
