Ben Simmons can't catch a break. Every day, a different person has something new to say about the point guard, and most of them aren't nice. This week, Shaquille O'Neal, Stephen A. Smith and even Joel Embiid had some harsh things to say about Ben and his attitude in the past couple of months.

The relationship with fans in Philly is extremely damaged, so he has no intentions of returning to the Sixers. One month after a reporter called him 'trash,' Simmons was attacked again by a person on live TV.

Philadelphia weatherman, Glenn Schwartz, went off on Simmons, calling him out for vanishing when his team needs him. Moreover, he defended Philadelphia fans, saying they were supportive of the player, contrary to what he feels.

“Unlike Ben Simmons, we had to show up today and are glad to work for our employers. What is wrong with that guy? I was at that last game. The fans treated him great. Gave him every break, every encouragement. There wasn’t booing. Wait till you come to Philly with another team! Then, you’ll get to see Philly!”

The point guard is keen to leave Philadelphia, but the Sixers want to deal him on their terms. It's unclear if they'll find the right package for Simmons, and the player keeps pushing to exit the team.

It's pretty clear that the fans Sixers fans don't want to do anything with Simmons. When the player returns to the Wells Fargo Center, they'll be ready to show their 'love' to the Australian.
