Huawei P30 series users facing smartphone rebooting issues
Huawei P30 series smartphone is performing very well in users’ hands and continues to grab the latest HarmonyOS software update in China. Meanwhile, Huawei P30 global models are testing the new EMUI 12 features through beta activity.
Aside from this, some Huawei P30 series smartphone users have reported that they are facing issues in rebooting the device after upgrading to the latest HarmonyOS software version.
Among them, a Huawei P30 user explains the issue that the phone automatically updated to the new HarmonyOS version at night. After completion of the update process, it automatically restarts and stops at the Huawei logo interface.
Then, the cycle starts to reboot the smartphone many times. Afterward, the user manually turned ON the phone and it was lagging a lot. First hand, the user checked the phone memory and saw 28GB of space is free. So, it can’t be the reason behind the issue.
After reading the Huawei P30 rebooting issues, a moderator mentioned a solution that after upgrading the phone, charge the smartphone off-screen for over 2 hours and restart it. To check whether the apps installed on phone have been optimized and recovery of it.
On the other hand, some Huawei P30 users wrote in the comment section that they have faced the same issue. When they went to sales point and discuss the rebooting issue they said to replace the motherhood of the phone, which cost between 600 yuan to 1000 yuan.
