Huawei Mate X3 is testing with Kirin 9000 and HarmonyOS 2.0.1
There is a high chance that Huawei is working on new foldable flagship and it is reported to be Huawei Mate X3. This upcoming new generation phone will deliver a new user experience that has never been felt earlier by consumers.
Additionally, a tipster reported that Huawei Mate X3 will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. But similar to the Huawei P50 series, there will also be Kirin 9000 4G processor variants.
Recently, another Weibo tipster – Digital Chat Station discloses that the testing models of the Huawei Mate X3 folding phone are ready. However, Huawei Mate X3 is testing with Kirin 9000 4G processor and HarmonyOS 2.0.1 software.
Also, the tipster added that this phone has an inward display similar to previous Mate X series models. It packs with 4500mAh battery and new features of HarmonyOS. To be mentioned, Huawei Mate X3 powered by HarmonyOS 2.0.1 phone’s testing version may differ from the final version.
MIIT Certification:
Early this month, a Huawei smartphone with code number PAL-AL00 speculated as Mate X3 has obtained the MIIT certification. This listing discloses that the phone comes pre-installed with the HarmonyOS software system and supports 4G networks.

Huawei Mate X2:
Huawei Mate X2 is the second-generation foldable smartphone of the company that comes 8-inch foldable screen with 2480 x 2200 pixels resolution, 16.7 million colors, 90Hz refresh rate, and 180Hz touch sampling rate.
However, the secondary or external display comes with a 6.45-inches display with 2700 x 1160p resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. This phone was launched with Kirin 9000 processor and EMUI 11.
