Honor 9X series receiving February 2022 HarmonyOS update
Honor 9X series models are now installing the HarmonyOS security update released in February 2022. This update mainly boosted the system’s security and privacy by fixing different levels of exploits and issues.
The February 2022 update for the Honor 9X series rolling out with the HarmonyOS version 2.0.0.214. For your information, the Honor 9X lineup models eligible to get the latest firmware are:
- Honor 9X (HLK-AL00)
- Honor 9X (HLK-AL00a)
- Honor 9X Pro (HLK-AL10)

How to update:

On the flip side, you can request also the update via the My Huawei app. Just you need open the My Huawei app, visit the update section and then follow on-screen instructions to download and install the update.
During the update, your smartphone may heat up and work improperly so don’t get panic. After the update process is complete, your device will start working properly automatically.
Before proceeding with the update, make sure that your device must be charged 30% and above as well as have an adequate amount of space to install the update. Also, use a stable and strong WiFi connection.
