Huawei Enjoy 10S getting March 2022 security patch [HM OS]

Huawei has started to rollout a new software update for the Enjoy 10S smartphone that brings March 2022 security patches for the HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system. The phone is limited to the Chinese market with this branding, however, it’s also available in the global market with a different title.

According to the information, Huawei Enjoy 10S is getting March 2022 update with HarmonyOS 2.0 version 2.0.0.219 upgrading 218. Consumers of the model will get to download this version via the following instructions.

First, you need to visit the Settings page, from here tap on System & updates > software updates > and from here follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the latest software version.

Currently, the phone runs HarmonyOS 2.0 OS which comes with new features over the previous version of EMUI and brings a lot of new features similar to the Android ecosystem.

Huawei Enjoy 10S users are recommended to install this software update after upgrading over the previous version HarmonyOS 2.0.0.219. Do remember that this update is rolling out in batches. Furthermore, the users are recommended to make a backup of the important file to prevent any unwanted deletion of data.

Launched in 2019, Huawei Enjoy 10S comes with a 6.30-inch display with a resolution of 1080x2400p, powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 710F processor, and initially runs EMUI 9.1.1 is based on Android 9 Pie.

This phone expands 157.40 x 73.20 x 7.75mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 163.00 grams, comes with 6GB of RAM, 64GB of inbuilt storage, and a 4000mAh battery.

The phone has a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. It sports a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.4 aperture.
