There are children across the world who dream of growing up and becoming like LeBron James. The King made some more NBA history on Tuesday night, becoming the first league player to score 40 points against every franchise. LeBron's efforts may not have been enough to secure the win for his team, but his legend continues to grow with every stellar performance he puts in these days.

There are drawbacks to being LeBron James, though, he has more haters than perhaps any other player in the league. The King is constantly trolled online and mocked in real life. Michael Jordan spoke about how hard it is, especially when people keep saying they would like to live their life for a day. Even Kwame Brown went as far as to say he'd rather be a bust than get that kind of attention. And the negative aspect of it came to light in a recent altercation, the video of which is going viral.

LeBron James Had To Be Held Back From Going At A Fan Who Hurled Abuses At Him And Mocked His Hairline

LeBron James has been the center of attention since he was in high school, being targeted with taunts is nothing new to him. But sometimes, fans end up crossing lines and saying some nasty things to players. After the Clippers beat the Lakers, a fan yelled at LeBron about his receding hairline, with James having to be held back.

Fan: "Hey Bron, you better get this sh*t together with that receding-a** hairline. Look, he mad, look at him! You sick!"

There are lots of fans in Los Angeles that are fed up with the Lakers not being able to win at the level they want them to. But to say things like this to LeBron James seems more than excessive. And while layers of security protect fans and players from one another, if LeBron came in front of that fan, he would likely not have the guts to say it to him again.

Ultimately, the only way to shut haters like this up is to win. Unfortunately, LeBron James' greatness has been normalized to the point that his insane performances aren't enough for many fans. The Los Angeles Lakers have every opportunity to turn their season around and become good even this season, and if he can lead them deep into the playoffs, it will be James who has the last laugh over his haters.
