Nikola Jokic and Luka Doncic are two of the best players in the NBA right now, leading their respective teams to compete in a stacked Western Conference. The Serbian and Slovenian players have had different journeys in the NBA, but they are at the top of the pyramid now, fighting with other players for the title of the best player in the league.

Jokic knows very well what Luka brings to the table and vice versa, but the Serbian center is a very huge fan of the Dallas Mavericks superstar. So much so that he picked Doncic as the superstar he'd like to team up with to win an NBA championship.

This has been discussed around the league before, with fans even urging these two to team up and try to win a championship together. Jokic and Doncic know that would be great for them, but right now, they are on different teams, fighting to get the big prize.

Nikola Jokic Praises Luka Doncic Ability To Do Everything On The Court

The reigning back-to-back NBA MVP recently discussed what makes Luka so special, breaking down all the things Luka can do on the court to affect it, which is a lot, and not many people are able to stop it.

“He’s a one-man army,” Jokic explained. “He’s the guy who can destroy you. Who can really man manipulate the game the right way. There is no good matchup for him. If he has a smaller guy, he’s gonna post him up. If he has a bigger guy, he’s gonna go by him. He has a deadly step-back.”

Jokic also showed his admiration for Doncic's IQ, calling him a unique player for his vision and all the things he can see that other players can't. The Denver Nuggets figure also talked about Luka's talents off the court, calling him a very nice person, and praising him for being so cool when he's not playing.

"He has a really, really, really, big basketball IQ. He has a really good view, seeing the floor really on a different level. Basketball-wise, he's a really, really unique player. And the personal, he's a really good guy. Like a guy you can hang out with."

This two could eventually end up playing on the same team, but now it's too easy to say. Luka has created a terrific duo with Kyrie Irving on the Dallas Mavericks, while Jokic has a great partner in Jamal Murray in Denver. We don't know yet, but they could team up eventually, and dominate the competition with their skills.
