NBA insider and analyst Brian Windhorst believes Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving have had no relationship whatsoever since their move away from the Brooklyn Nets. 

"They didn't even look at each other," Windhorst said, speaking on ESPN's 'Get Up'. "Multiple times, even when the game had a timeout, they walked past each other and didn't even turn their heads. At the end of the game, Kevin Durant hugs his former teammate Markieff Morris who had been with him for a few months, and doesn't even look in Kyrie Irving's direction."

He further added: "He said last week on his podcast that he and Kyrie had not had a discussion since their breakup. Well, that discussion has still not happened. And it didn't happen yesterday, and it didn't happen postgame yesterday. Frankly, the only relationship they have right now is a zero relationship.

Durant and Irving were in the spotlight for their blockbuster trades ahead of the deadline, and they met for the first time during the Mavericks vs. Suns game in Dallas on Sunday.

On the game front, the Suns notched up a 130-126 win. Irving had 30 points, 4 rebounds, and 7 assists to his name, while Durant propped up 37 points, 7 boards, and 3 assists.

Prior to the game, Irving had opined that he was looking forward to playing against his "brother for life", but Durant decided to focus firmly on the objective when it was his turn to answer how it felt playing against his former teammate.
