According to a recent report from Scott Soshnick and Eben Novy-Williams of Sportico, Magic Johnson is part of a group that has joined the bidding for the Washington Commanders. Johnson will be providing "money and experience" to the group, and having him onboard is definitely a good thing. The group is notably led by Philadelphia 76ers co-owner Josh Harris. According to the report, Johnson and Harris were also involved in making a bid for the Denver Broncos last season. 

It will be interesting to see if Magic Johnson's bid for the Washington Commanders will succeed. It makes sense that Johnson would want to be a co-owner of an NFL team, as American football is extremely popular in the United States.
