Buddy Hield Calls Out Players Sitting Out Games: "Fans Spend Their Savings To Watch You."

Buddy Hield sent a big message to players sitting out games when fans spend a lot of money to see them.

Buddy Hield is anything but happy with the way some players manage themselves in the NBA. The Indiana Pacers sharpshooter knows he's not a star but he always tries to put up a good show. 

That's why he recently went after those players who sit out games even when they're feeling well. 

“In this NBA with guys sitting out to rest, I believe if you can play, play,” Hield said, via the Pacers' Twitter account. “Fans spend their savings to watch you. I’m not an All-Star, but there are a lot of fans in arenas that scream my name.”

This is a big statement from Hield, and many players and fans around the league can agree with that. We've seen how certain players prefer to rest and save themselves for a bigger matchup than play one game without knowing how important it may be for fans. 

Just like Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan used to say, they don't know for how long fans have been saving money to see them, and missing a game without being really hurt was unacceptable for these two legends.
