Magic Johnson Shares Photos Partying With Samuel L. Jackson And Others On A Yacht

Magic Johnson is one of the most likable athletes in NBA history. Not only did he win enough to be considered a Top 5 basketball player of all time, but he is also one of the most kind and fun personalities the league has ever seen. 

Magic has been in Italy recently, sharing a lot of what he has been doing on his travels through Europe. He posted a picture with Michael Jordan after having dinner with him and has now shared a photo of a yacht party that includes legendary actor Samuel L. Jackson. 

"The other night, the Phoenix II crew did an amazing job of throwing us a 70s party! We all dressed up and had a blast!!"

The party seems to have a soul theme, with Magic, his wife Cookie, and his friends all dressed up accordingly. The Los Angeles Lakers legend is worth $620 million, so yacht parties are not uncommon for him. He thanked the crew on the boat that put this together for him and his friends, in trademark Magic fashion. 

Magic Johnson is 63 years old, but it doesn't seem like his days of being active are behind him. He has a large number of business interests that keep him going, and he is always in demand for media appearances to talk about the NBA and everything else around the league.

Magic Johnson played for 12 seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers from 1979 to 1991, and his time was full of individual and team success. He won five NBA championships, three Finals MVPs, and three MVP awards, becoming one of the best. And despite having retired more than 30 years ago now, Johnson was amazed to see how many fans abroad still love him. 

"I was out shopping today in Capri, Italy with Cookie and I met so many amazing young fans! I’m blown away because none of them were even born when I was playing basketball! We were in the store today and they were all chanting 'Magic, Magic,'" he tweeted.
