Patrick Beverley starred in a terrible moment on Wednesday, shoving Phoenix Suns' Chris Paul as Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals finished and the whole series.

Nobody understood what led Bev to do what he did, which was more shocking. CP3 didn't tell him anything, yet Pat decided to shove him, getting ejected from the game right after.

A couple of hours after the incident, the Clippers point guard apologized to Paul, explaining that emotions were boiling at the time, and he just did the first thing that came to his mind.

"Emotions got the best of me last night gang. My bad wasn't meant for you. Congrats on making it to the Finals. Best of luck," Beverley wrote in a now-deleted tweet.

Moreover, he commented on a Famous Los' post on Instagram, explaining what really happened before he made that questionable decision. The thing is that Paul didn't do or say anything. Bev was just pissed, and he had no better idea than pushing his rival.

“Naw pissed we lost gang. and Chris Paul was killing us 🤦🏾‍♂️“

CP3 finished the game with 41 points and his mental games really pissed off the Clippers. He even had an exchange with DeMarcus Cousins at the end of the game for trash-talking the Clips' bench.

Paul's plan worked perfectly and now his Suns are headed to the Finals, where they'll wait for the winner of the Milwaukee Bucks-Atlanta Hawks series.
