Huawei Nova 9 and Nova 9 Pro live images confirms design, 100W charge, HarmonyOS 2.0.1, and more

A few days ago, Huawei Nova 9 and Nova 9 Pro specifications along with their live images leaked. Now, the live images Nova 9 duo appeared in live images that give us a better look at the front side and confirm major features ahead of the September 23 launch event.

Huawei Nova 9:

The Huawei Nova 9 sports a 5.57-inch panel with curved edges as well as a center top hole punch to house a selfie camera.

Huawei Nova 9 Pro:

Huawei Nova 9 Pro features a 6.72-inch screen with curved edges on both left and right sides. The display has a wide hole punch notch on the top left corner that provides a dual selfie camera system with up to 4K video recording.

Huawei Nova 9 and Nova 9 Pro:

Both of these phones have a 120Hz refresh rate with low bezels and a 300Hz touch sampling rate for fast touch interactions and 10-bit color depth for precise color details.

Compared to the front camera, the Nova 9 duo is likely to share the same rear camera system including a 50MP RYYB main camera + 8MP Ultra wide-angle + 2MP Macro + 2MP depth of field camera for blurred background images.

There’s a hefty battery packed inside the Nova 9 of 4300mAh capacity that recharges with 66W SuperCharge. On the other side, the Pro version boasts a monstrous 100W charger, which makes it the first Huawei device to equip with such charging capability.

Moreover, the company has decided to put Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 4G inside these models. Therefore, the consumers will only be able to fetch 4G access among smartphone networks.

The live images confirm that the Huawei Nova 9 and Nova 9 Pro come with a pre-installed HarmonyOS 2.0.1 software system.

In terms of memory, the Nova 9 and Nova 9 Pro has the following options:

• Huawei Nova 9 – 8GB/128GB or 8GB+256GB.
• Huawei Nova 9 Pro – 8GB/128GB or 8GB+256GB.

There are four different colors – Blue, Violet, Green, and Black.
