New Huawei R&D center with 2.3 billion USD investment will launch in 2023
Huawei is speedily working on a new R&D base center and will launch it by the end of 2023. This statement is coming straight from the first Demonstration Zone Full Link conference that was officially conducted today, in Jiashan.
According to the latest info, this is one of the key projects of the Shanghai Municipal Government. Moreover, with this new center, Huawei is trying to establish the largest innovation base in the world. The main aim of this project is to become a perfect place for performing digital transformation tasks.
Huawei R&D Center: The outstanding innovation base
Besides, the Chinese manufacturer is putting efforts to bring new space for its employees that is supportable on both land and water. So far, the company has invested a total of 2.3 billion USD in the formation of the Qingpu R&D center. As the name reflects, the project is firming its legs in Jinze town, Quigpu District.
Talking more about the base, the Huawei R&D center that is expected to launch around 2023 will mainly work on the Science and Technology concept. Moreover, this center falls in the Yangtze River Delta Demonstration zone and will categorize as one of the major landmark projects.
Back in September 2020, the Shanghai Municipal Regulations and Huawei signed a contract structure for the Qingpu R&D project. As per the agreement, both cooperations tied a knot for an efficient companionship. Besides, they made such principles that could toughen the technology research, development, demonstration applications, and other services.
On the other hand, the founder of Huawei, Ren Zhengfei gave a glimpse of the framework of the new base. In an interview, he stated that he would like to take reference from the Chicago lakeside complex for the landscape design. Furthermore, the innovation will wear such a layout that will attract foreign scientists to come and work there.
