NBA players receive a lot of love from fans on the regular, but just like people love them, others are always waiting for their opportunity to trash them. This is a common thing in major competitive sports, but in the NBA, this situation is more visible, especially with players snapping and clapping back at those who tried to put them down.

The league has made sure to protect fans and give them the best possible show they can get every game, but some people take it to the next level, blatantly disrespecting players and teasing them whenever they have the chance.

This has happened to LeBron James, who starred in an infamous moment with 'courtside Karen' and then to Kevin Durant, who wasn't shy when talking back at those people. Kyrie Irving also starred in these situations, although it was a little bit different for him.

NBA Players Are Always Ready To Clap Back At Hecklers

Recently, Instagram page The Hurry Up shared a compilation of players being heckled by fans during games. Some of them respond to the bark, but others just go along with it. Players like LeBron James, Kevin Durant, James Harden, Russell Westbrook, Joel Embiid and others hear what some supporters have to say about them.

This isn't new in the NBA and this won't be the last time we hear these comments. Last season, things got pretty wild in the playoffs, with some fans going to the next level to try to mess with rivals. Those things are unacceptable and the league has taken care of that.

It was worse before, but every now and then we see a fan doing too much at the arenas, trying to have their 15 minutes of fame. Some of them get them when players fire back at them, but more often than not, they just get burned by the stars they try to shut down.
