Take a cab, let's go, let me see. Oh, he here. Oh, he really here. Now I get to watch him how he works. Let me see how he works. He's in full sweat.

Jerry West Once Praised Kobe Bryant's Incredible Work Ethic

Kobe Bryant was praised for his incredible work ethic by many NBA legends throughout his career.

Los Angeles Lakers legend Jerry West once shared his two cents about Kobe Bryant's phenomenal work ethic.

"To watch him work out was like ridiculous," West said. "Like a man playing against kindergarten people. That's how advanced he was. He was versatile, but he was a ferocious defender. That's all he did, he wanted to compete. He was unbelievably skilled, his work ethic second to none, he wasn't afraid of anything.

"And it was genuine, it's not verbiage. You go around training camp and you watch him it's like you almost felt you had to strap him down. he could not sit down. He was just a natural player who when he was born there was a heck of a lot of gold dust sprinkled on this kid."

Bryant averaged 25.0 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 4.7 assists over his 20-year-long career. Had he never worked as hard as he did during his time in the NBA, he would have never reached the level he did.
