Recently, superstar Joel Embiid gave his take on the James Harden trade request. The center claimed that the trade request is "unfortunate", but added that his only goal is to win a championship right now. 

“It’s been unfortunate what’s been going on but the goal is to be together and try to win a championship...As far as for myself that’s all I’m focused on. I just want to win. Whatever it takes and whatever puts us in a position... that’s all I care about."

If James Harden gets moved for anything less than a star-level return, that will definitely hamper the 76ers in trying to win a championship. However, at this point, it might simply be better to move him, rather than continue dealing with this situation going into the season.
