Nikola Jokic is no stranger to the feeling, though, having won it twice in consecutive years. 

The Denver Nuggets big man is the reigning two-time MVP, and the way he has been playing this season, he is right back in the conversation once again. Nikola Jokic could become just the first player since Larry Bird to win the away for three consecutive seasons. The Denver Nuggets could end up being the first seed in the Western Conference too, which would only boost Jokic's chances of winning again. But it seems he doesn't care too much about that.

Jokic is averaging 25 points, 11 rebounds, and over 9 assists per game and is only second to Luka Doncic when it comes to triple-doubles. The Joker is instrumental to his team's success, and the Nuggets look like one of the best in the league following Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr.'s return to the court this season. 

The chance to win MVP 3 consecutive seasons is not something that just anyone gets, so Jokic will likely enjoy winning it again, no matter what he says. But it seems that he's a lot more focused on winning with his team, and for his legacy to take a step further, getting to the NBA Finals and possibly winning Finals MVP will be the key.
